Referral Program
The highest compliment we can imagine receiving is a family recommending our practice to other members of our community.
For every family referred to our practice by a family already in the practice, we will donate $50 on the behalf of each family to a wonderful organization helping children here in Boulder.
As a first-generation college student, Dr. Sam believes the support of a community is a critical factor in a child being able to achieve their dreams. The I Have a Dream Foundation here in Boulder offers academic, social, emotional and community support to children in our community to support them in their journey toward achieving their goals.
Rules & Restrictions
You can achieve an unlimited number of $50 donations for families you refer; those families must schedule and keep an appointment for treatment in our office.
