Financial Considerations

  • We accept and will help you process most PPO dental plans. If your insurance company is out-of-network with our office you will be asked to pay in full for appointments and will be reimbursed upon receipt of insurance payment(s). For these circumstances, we also offer payment plans through Cherry.

  • We are in network with Aetna PPO, Cigna DPPO Total Advantage, Delta PPO, Delta Premier, Humana PPO, MetLife PDP-Plus, and Medicaid (not CHP currently).

  • Ask for details about our in-house dental membership plan. We also offer payment plans through Cherry.

For each appointment, payment is due in full at the time of service; this may be accomplished through assignment of dental benefits. We will provide a complementary benefits check for you if this information is submitted to our office at least 3 business days prior to the appointment. If information is not received prior to the appointment, you will be asked to pay in full for the appointment and will be reimbursed upon receipt of insurance payment. Any estimate of cost provided is an estimate and there may be a balance due after assignment of benefits. Please contact our office with any questions.
